We clean houses and flats in Southfields, and have done for years. Most of our work is cleaning, with regular housework alongside it.
How we work
The same cleaners come back to the same houses where we can manage it. People prefer it, and so do we, because someone who has cleaned your kitchen before is quicker the second time.
We bring our own machines and materials. There is nothing for you to buy in, and nothing for you to be at home for if you would rather leave a key.
How we price
End of tenancy work is a fixed price by property size, agreed before we start. Regular cleaning is charged per cleaner per hour. We publish the lot on the prices page rather than making you ring to find out.
What you can count on
A price agreed before we start, the same cleaner on regular visits, and on a move-out clean the 48 hour re-clean if the clerk marks down anything we cleaned.
Complaints
If an inventory clerk marks down something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right. That is easier for everyone than arguing about a deposit.
