Cleaners in Southfields
We are a cleaning firm in Southfields. Cleaning is the bulk of what we do.
- If the agent picks fault with something we cleaned, we come back
- Fixed price for end of tenancy work, agreed before we start
- Our own machines and materials, so there is nothing for you to supply
- Evenings and weekends at no extra charge

What we get called out for

End of tenancy
The full move-out clean, priced by property size. Oven, inside cupboards, limescale, the lot.

Carpets
Hot water extraction, not a bonnet mop. Most rooms are dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours.

Regular housework
Weekly or fortnightly, charged per cleaner per hour. Same person kept on your house.
Prices
These are our standard prices, not a teaser rate. A one bedroom flat is £207 for a full end of tenancy clean. Carpets and ovens are priced separately, because not everyone needs them.

Working in Southfields
Southfields is unusually uniform: the Grid is street after street of late Victorian and Edwardian two and three bedroom terraces, most with original suspended floors, deep skirtings and small front bays. A high proportion have been converted into upper and lower maisonettes, and loft conversions with a third-floor bedroom are near universal on the wider roads. The Triangle adds slightly larger family houses, and there are a handful of purpose-built mansion blocks near the station.
During the Championships the local zones are merged into a single tennis event zone with controls running 8:30am to 8:30pm every day, so June and July jobs need parking planned rather than assumed.
Outside the tournament the ordinary Wandsworth zones S1, S2, S3, S5, Q1 and Q2 apply, and a permit for one of them does not cover the next street across.
Grid terraces have narrow hallways and a tight dog-leg stair to the loft conversion, which rules out taking a full-size machine to the top floor.
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.
Areas we cover
We work across Southfields and the streets around it. These are the areas we get to most.
Wimbledon Park
SW19. One stop south on the District line, and the walking route ticket holders take to the All England Club.
East Putney
SW15. The next District line stop north, sharing the same Edwardian mansion flats along Upper Richmond Road.
Earlsfield
SW18. East across King George's Park, on the Waterloo suburban line.
Wandsworth Town
SW18. North along Merton Road, the borough's administrative centre and riverside developments.
Putney
SW15. North west, with the river, the Heath and a busier high street.
Wandsworth Common
SW18. East of Earlsfield, larger double-fronted Victorian houses around the common.
